The roof Tuneup by Luke was very thorough, yet only took about an hour. He arrived earlier than expected and showed me the pictures of the variety of problem areas that he was able to fix with abundant quality including replacing some missing shingles to the correct matching color and pattern. Excellent roof inspection by Luke. Being a roofing contractor the normal process is to sell you a new roof. Not today. Luke indicated a good 5 years left and fixed any loose, rusty nails and sealed vent pipes and flashings. Would highly recommend you use Luke for your inspection. TriCounty will be my first choice when it's time for a new roof. Easily a 5+ star review in my opinion.
